1. The ORDER I.D. (5 digits number)
2. Your personal photo to use (in attachment).
3. (OPTIONAL) The style No of the background picture you want to use (as it appears on our Picture Gallery Page. For example: Style # 525).

4. Any additional comments, question and information we might need for processing your order as efficiently as possible.

Orders that require ANY kind of design work (such as entering text, using different background, etc), will not be processed without your approval.
Our design center will create 2 new images, and E-mail it to you (the art work previews) for choosing the one you like most (and for any additional changes and "fine tuning").
