Pictures that are in stock are usually shipped out in 5-10 business day. If the picture that was ordered is NOT available, we will contact you right away for the exact details and information.

| | Do you sell parts to fix the pictures if neccessery?
Yes, we do. We carry (almost) all kinds of light bulbs, motors, sound units, spare glasses and other parts that make it very easy to replace a damaged part, and increase the useful life of every picture to the maximum.

| | What should I do if I want to order a light bulb or other part?
Please e-mail as a detailed description of the size and shape of the specific bulb or other part that you need, and also your shipping address. This way we can check if we have the right bulb/part that you need (there are many different styles and sizes) and also could send you an accurate rate quote for the bulb and shipping.

The credit-card is being charged ONLY after we have checked that the picture is available and ready to ship. There is not an automatic charge to your card.

| | How do I hang the picture?
Please use the 2 handles on the top of the picture as the hangers. Use 2 long screws (about. 3 inch - can be purchased in any hardware store) into the wall, and leave about 1 inch of it out of the wall. Then place the picture from the two hangers/handles on the edges of the screws and start enjoying your picture.

| | What is the different between the Magic Mirror frame and the other frame?
The Magic Mirror picture is displayed as a regular mirror with a golden frame when the lights are off. Once the light switch is turned on, the picture & lights appears with the motion and sounds. You can see a sample picture of that in the Magic Mirror page at www.naturespiritinc.com at the top of the page.
