| | Do you sell parts to fix the pictures if neccessery?
Yes, we do. We carry (almost) all kinds of light bulbs, motors, sound units, spare glasses and other parts that make it very easy to replace a damaged part, and increase the useful life of every picture to the maximum. Back to top

| | What should I do if I want to order a light bulb or other part?
Please e-mail as a detailed description of the size and shape of the specific bulb or other part that you need, and also your shipping address. This way we can check if we have the right bulb/part that you need (there are many different styles and sizes) and also could send you an accurate rate quote for the bulb and shipping. Back to top

| | When is my credit card charged?
The credit-card is being charged ONLY after we have checked that the picture is available and ready to ship. There is not an automatic charge to your card. However, the credit card company might put a "hold" on the amount that has been authorized during the checkout process, which might appear on your statement as a charge, even though it's only the Authorization Back to top

| | How do I hang the picture?
Please use the 2 handles on the top of the picture as the hangers. Use 2 long screws (about. 3 inch - can be purchased in any hardware store) into the wall, and leave about 1 inch of it out of the wall. Then place the picture from the two hangers/handles on the edges of the screws and start enjoying your picture.Back to top

| | What if I don't like the sound ?
We know that the sound can sometimes be different than the sound that is demonstrated on the website, or that you hoped for. Basically that's how it is coming from the factory in China, and since we are just the " resellers " of these pictures, there is not much we can do about that. It doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with the picture.
To minimize this issue as much as we can, we state clearly on the site that the actual sounds may vary from picture to picture.
The sound is JUST an extra feature of the picture, and not the essence of it.
If you don't like the sound, you have the option to MUTE it by simply turning the volume control all the way down, and enjoy the actual picture scenery, light and motion effects.
Please keep in mind that sometimes the actual sound unit can be deffective. If the sound unit is deffective we can send you a replacement sound box, as shown on our replacment parts page, and replace it by following the repair insturction also posted on our FAQ page.Back to top
